Baccarat Roadmaps Explained: Bead Plate, Big Road and the Derived Roads
The scoreboards
What the Grids Beside the Table Are
Every live baccarat table shows a set of scoreboards - the roadmaps - that record the results of the current shoe. They are one history drawn in several styles, and none of them predicts the next hand. Watching them build hand by hand takes an account, which you can open through the M2 Win register page.
Road one
The Bead Plate
The simplest road. Every hand is a single circle, filled in order down each column and then along to the next: red for banker, blue for player, green for a tie. It reads like a list written in columns.
Road two
The Big Road
The main scoreboard. Results run down a column for as long as the same side keeps winning, and a new column starts when the other side wins. A long column is a streak; a run of short ones is a choppy shoe. Ties don’t get a space of their own - they are marked on the previous result, usually with a green line.
The derived roads
Big Eye Boy, Small Road and Cockroach Pig
These three roads don’t record banker and player at all. Each one compares the Big Road with itself, looking back one, two or three columns, and marks whether the pattern is repeating (red) or breaking (blue). On these roads the colours mean consistent and inconsistent - not banker and player - which is the most common misreading at the table.
The catch
What the Roads Cannot Tell You
Every hand is dealt from the shoe independently of the pattern on the board. A long banker streak doesn’t make the player side due, and a red Big Eye Boy doesn’t make a repeat more likely. The roads show what has happened; the cost of each bet stays exactly the same whatever they show. Baccarat shares the live floor with roulette, blackjack and sic bo, all listed among the live tables M2 Win members open most.
Questions
Baccarat Roadmaps - Quick Answers
Do baccarat roadmaps predict the next hand?
No. They record the current shoe in different layouts; every hand is dealt independently of the pattern.
What do red and blue mean on the Big Eye Boy?
Red means the Big Road pattern is repeating and blue means it is breaking. On the derived roads the colours don’t stand for banker and player.
How are ties shown on the Big Road?
They don’t get their own space. A tie is marked on the previous result, usually with a green line through it.

Use the roads to follow the shoe, and choose your bet on its cost, not on the pattern. The rest of the M2 Win guides apply the same approach to roulette and blackjack. 21+. A scoreboard is not a licence to play: Malaysian law restricts gambling, and Syariah binds Muslim citizens in addition.
