Responsible Gaming: What We Do and What Is Yours

Our side

What the Platform Handles

You confirm your age at sign-up, a step covered in how registration at M2 Win works; documents are checked before the first withdrawal, and underage memberships are terminated. Limits you set are enforced by the system rather than by good intentions. Reductions bind immediately; increases are deliberately delayed so a decision taken in the wrong moment cannot take effect in it.

An exclusion, once running, holds for its full term regardless of how persuasively it is argued against later. That is a feature.

Your side

The Switches Only You Can Throw

• Deposit ceiling - per day, week or month.
• Loss ceiling - a boundary on net losses in a window, separate from what has been funded.
• Session prompt - elapsed play time, surfaced. Nobody tracks this accurately without help.
• Cooling-off - a brief suspension when a pause is wanted.
• Exclusion - a long closure held for its full duration.

All five live in the membership settings, and if you would rather have one applied for you, ask M2 Win support to do it. Throw them before you need them, because the version of you that needs them will not.

Warning signs

When to Use Them

Funds diverted from a purpose they were meant for. A loss reframed as something owed. Play concealed from people nearby. Sessions that answer a mood instead of an appetite.

Those are descriptions rather than accusations, and all four are common. Meeting any of them is reason enough to open the settings screen now.

Age

Adults Only, 21 and Over

Nobody under 21 may register. Where a handset gets passed around, put a lock on the device and turn down the browser when it offers to remember a password - that offer is how most unauthorised access begins.

Help

Outside Support

When gambling is doing harm, to a player or to the people close to them, a doctor or a counselling service can help most when the conversation starts early. Run an exclusion while it happens so the matter is decided once.
