Scope

When It Applies

Between the member and the operator of M2 Win, from the completion of registration until the membership ends. Continuing to use it accepts these terms and any revision notified to the account.

Your side

What You Undertake

• To be 21 or over, registering under your own identity with details that are true.
• To have satisfied yourself that holding a membership is lawful where you are. Betting is restricted by statute here and Muslim citizens observe Syariah requirements as well.
• To hold one membership only. Further ones may be terminated and any resulting advantage unwound.
• To fund it from an instrument registered in your own name.

Our side

What We Undertake

To settle wagers according to the published rules of each game, to return withdrawals by the route they arrived on wherever the method permits, to enforce the limits you set, and to notify revisions of substance to the membership rather than quietly.

We may request evidence of identity, age, address or instrument ownership at any stage, and usually will before a first payout. Clearing that early keeps a withdrawal moving.

How Promotional Terms Work

Conditions accompany each campaign and outrank this page wherever the two differ. Typically a turnover requirement must complete before bonus money can be taken, categories count toward it unequally, a stake ceiling applies while the bonus is open, and bonus funds left unused expire.

Breach

What Ends a Membership

Acting together with others, automating play, exploiting a defect in place of reporting it, and reversing a completed payment. Anything gained through those may be removed. Reporting a defect the moment it appears is treated completely differently.

Closing

Ending It, From Either Side

You may end the membership whenever you wish and take any settled balance. We may suspend or end one on breach, or where an obligation gives us no choice.

Disputes

If It Goes Wrong

Raise it through the routes on the contact page, with the date, the sum involved and the round or payment ID. A payment provider's own reference number resolves most cashier disagreements without anything further.
