What Falls Under It

Personal data processed through this site and through an M2 Win membership. The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 is the Malaysian statute covering it.

Categories

What Is Recorded

• Who you are - name, birth date, mobile number, email, credentials.
• Proof of that - identification and residence documents where confirmation is obligatory.
• What you staked - amounts in and out, positions, returns and the instrument behind them.
• How you connected - handset, browser, approximate area and pages requested, kept to protect the session.
• What you wrote - exchanges with agents.

Reasons

Why Each Exists

To run the membership and resolve positions, execute payments, establish age and identity, discharge anti-money-laundering and retention duties, detect fraud and unauthorised access, and answer correspondence. Promotional contact happens only on your agreement, which is revocable at any moment and carries no consequence for the membership.

Recipients

Who Receives It

Payment processors, identity-confirmation providers, the studios behind the titles in use, and the infrastructure firms hosting and defending the service. None of it is traded. Recipients outside Malaysia obtain it only under the protections the statute requires.

Duration

How Long It Stays

Membership and payment records persist for the period financial and gambling retention duties demand, extending past closure. Contact preferences persist until you change them. What serves neither is erased.

Control

What Remains Yours

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 gives you sight of what is held, correction of what is wrong, revocation of consent already given, and an end to processing for promotional contact. Those requests go through the support routes on the contact page.

Session Files

They maintain the signed-in state, remember selections and show which pages get used. A browser can refuse them; every feature depending on a maintained session then stops functioning.
